REFUND, CANCELLATION & FAILED PAYMENT POLICY

1. PRE-MADE PROGRAMS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This policy applies to all pre-made programs, downloadable programs, guides and other digital products purchased through Coached by Edie.

Payment

Payment for all pre-made programs and digital products is due in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access to program materials, all sales are final.

Once a digital product or program has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be provided.

Please review the program description, equipment requirements, length and other information carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased, please contact Coached by Edie for assistance.

2. 1:1 COACHING PROGRAMS

This policy applies to the 12-Week Transformation, the 8-Week Breakthrough and the 6-Week Lifestyle Reset.

Payment Options

Each coaching program can be paid in full or through a scheduled payment plan.

12-Week Transformation: $1,500 CAD in full, or four biweekly payments of $375
8-Week Breakthrough: $1,250 CAD in full, or two biweekly payments of $625
6-Week Lifestyle Reset: $900 CAD in full, or two biweekly payments of $450

Securing Your Spot

Your coaching spot is reserved once your first payment has been processed. This payment also covers the initial onboarding, assessment and preparation involved in creating your personalized program.

All payments are non-refundable.

Commitment to the Full Program

By enrolling in a 1:1 coaching program, you are committing to the full duration and full cost of the program, regardless of the payment option selected.

Choosing a payment plan does not change the total program cost or make the program pay-as-you-go. Payment plans are offered as a way to divide the total investment into smaller automatic payments.

Once your program has started and your personalized coaching and programming have been provided, choosing to stop participating, missing workouts or check-ins, or deciding not to complete the program does not cancel the remaining balance owed. Any remaining scheduled payments will continue automatically according to the payment option selected at registration.

Cancellations Before the Program Begins

If you decide not to proceed after your first payment has been processed but before your official program start date, that payment remains non-refundable.

Any additional amounts already paid will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable requirements.

After Your Program Has Started

Once your program begins, payments already made are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue the program before your scheduled completion date, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance of the full program fee. Any remaining scheduled payments will continue automatically according to the payment plan selected at registration.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Coached by Edie in exceptional circumstances and where required by applicable law.

3. FAILED PAYMENTS

1:1 Coaching

All scheduled payment-plan installments are processed automatically through the website/payment provider.

If a scheduled payment fails:

1. Automatic Retry

The payment provider may automatically attempt to process the payment again.

2. Payment Information

The client may be asked to update their payment method or complete the outstanding payment through the payment provider.

3. Coaching May Be Paused

If payment remains outstanding, access to coaching, check-ins, program updates, messaging support and other ongoing services may be temporarily paused until the account is brought up to date.

4. Remaining Balance Is Still Owed

A failed payment does not cancel the coaching agreement or remove the client's responsibility for the remaining program balance.

The client remains responsible for the full program fee agreed to at registration.

5. Continued Non-Payment

If an outstanding payment is not resolved, Coached by Edie reserves the right to discontinue coaching services and take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding balance, subject to applicable law.

Pre-Made Programs

Pre-made programs and digital products require full payment before access is provided.

If payment is declined or unsuccessful, the purchase will not be completed and access to the product will not be provided.

If a completed payment is later reversed or disputed, access to the digital product may be revoked where technically possible, subject to applicable law.
